DUBLIN 0-12 GALWAY 5-11
Dublin's hopes for all-Ireland U21 championship success all but died in the 1st quarter as Galway's potent full-forward line put the Dubs to the sword. Dubliun battled throughout but really struggled to pull back these scores with points. To their credit the boys in blue never gave up and give great hope for further progress at senior level in future years. Disappointment with the result, yes. But pride in the performances of the team throughout the year.
