St. Brigids progress after a tough & at times dour encounter in Parnell Park. The northsiders were forced to battle on without the services of Peadar Andrews for the whole 2nd half but with his brother Paddy showing well throughout Brigids always looked the better of the two. UCD kept in touch with 2 goals but it'll be Brigids against Judes in the semis.

It's all about Mark or so you would think leaving Parnell Park on Sunday. Mark Vaughan knocked over 8 points with ease & led the way for the Stillorgan men. (We will credit Mark with going for a point from the peno. (See below)
All around the field Crokes were better with Kevin Nolan shining in a tough battle with Stephen Hiney. Mark Daveron also showed up well when introduced. The win sets up a cracking tie against Vincents in the semi-final.
