AGM STANDING ORDERS
1. The proposer of a resolution or an amendment may speak for 5 minutes and no longer.
2. A member speaking to a resolution or an amendment shall not exceed 3 minutes.
3. The proposer of a resolution or an amendment may speak a second time before a vote is taken, but other members may not speak a second time to any resolution or amendment.
4. The Chairperson, at any time s/he considers a matter has been fully discussed, may call on the proposer to reply, following which a vote shall be taken without further discussion.
